Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Products
Securely place your Nudestix items in their original tin or box and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
